Rio de Janeiro, Brasil | AFP | domingo 08/07/2018 – El juez de segunda instancia encargado de la operación anticorrupción Lava Jato canceló este domingo la orden de liberación del expresidente brasileño Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva expedida sorpresivamente horas antes por un magistrado de guardia de ese mismo tribunal.

«Determino que la autoridad coautora» de la orden y la Policía Federal «se abstengan de practicar cualquier acto que modifique la decisión colegiada» del tribunal, escribió el juez Joao Pedro Gebran Neto. Lula cumple desde abril en Curitiba (sur) una condena de doce años y un mes de cárcel por corrupción pasiva y lavado de dinero.
